Note: The free GPS routes available for download from this web page are all in the Garmin City Select North America v6 format. You will need an Garmin auto-routing GPS instrument and the appropriate unlock codes to use these routes. (There are some non-auto-routing routes and are noted as such) Each route file follows the original source layout, i.e., if the route was routed from west to east then that is how the route was done using MapSource. Each route file is supplied in the inverted or reversed direction also and is identified by using the letter 'R' as a suffix or last character of the file name before the dot extension. WE01.gdb = Orginal file layout WE01R.gdb = Reversed file layout Sometimes the route will have a 'EW', 'WE', 'NS' or 'SN" directional suffix. The 'CC' suffix is counter-clockwise and the 'CW' suffix is clockwise. |
